Deal Town kick off the 2026/27 at home on Saturday 4th July as they host Faversham Strike Force in the first pre-season friendly.
The fixture kicks off at 3:00pm at The Charles Ground, St Leonard’s Road, Deal, Kent, CT14 9AU, as preparations continue ahead of the new campaign.
Deal have faced Faversham Strike Force once in recent seasons, when they won 3-0 at home in a friendly on Saturday 27th July 2024. Alfie Foster, Billy Munday and Jem Saldinado were on the scoresheet that afternoon.
There is also a small milestone around the fixture, with Macca Murray celebrating his birthday the day before the match, turning 32 on Friday 3rd July.
The game provides an opportunity for Deal to focus on building fitness and sharpness in preparation for the new season at The Charles Ground.

Tickets can be purchased on the gate with cash or card and can also be purchased in advance via the match tickets section of the website.
Parking: Limited parking is available at the ground however please be mindful if not able to park within the ground be considerate around the surrounding roads being respectful to our neighbours
Train Station: The nearest train station is Deal which is approximately a 20 minute walk to the ground.
Ground entrance: Entrance to the ground is via St Leonard's Road.
Food and drink: There are two bars at the ground and food and drink is available.
Founded in 1999 by Club Manager Gary Axford, Faversham Strike Force FC has grown into one of the largest and well known Youth Football Clubs in Kent.
As a registered Charity and 3-star England Accredited Club, we currently have 40 teams, 618 members and 155 volunteers including Walking Football, Special Educational Needs & Disability (SEND) sessions and an ever-growing woman and girl’s pathway.
The club plays over 6 different sites and maintains its floodlit 3G which is open to local schools free of charge for after-school clubs and matches.
The club continues to be representative of its community offering equal access for women & girls through the creation of 6 girls’ teams and our women’s team while our commitment to offering diverse opportunities saw us offer our Kicks Inclusion sessions for players with SEND.
